Each day brings something new!

We serve clients in inland shipping, fisheries, offshore, and maritime sectors. As a diesel mechanic at ADR, you’ll handle overhauls, repairs, and maintenance on Caterpillar marine engines and generator sets at our workshop.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Repairing and overhauling combustion engines, generator sets, gearboxes, EATS systems, and related components at our workshops in Yerseke (NL) and Antwerp (BE);
  • Disassemble, repair, overhaul, and fine-tune the components listed above;
  • Diagnose malfunctions in engines and generator sets in the workshop;
  • Work with the latest marine emission-reduction technologies.

What do you bring to the table?

  • You’ve had technical training in mechanical engineering, combustion engines, maritime studies, or equivalent hands-on experience;
  • You have experience diagnosing and fixing mechanical issues;
  • You’re adaptable and work well under pressure;
  • You possess strong organizational and technical skills;
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written;
  • A flexible attitude and comfortable with working outside standard 9-to-5 hours.
