No two days are the same! We serve clients in inland shipping, fisheries, offshore, and maritime sectors. As a diesel mechanic at YES, you’ll handle overhauls, repairs, and maintenance on Caterpillar marine engines and generator sets in our Yerseke workshop.
What will you do?
- Perform repairs and overhauls on combustion engines, generator sets, gearboxes, EATS systems, and related components in our Yerseke workshop;
- Disassemble, repair, overhaul, and calibrate components;
- Diagnose malfunctions in engines and generator sets in the workshop;
- Work with the latest maritime emission-reduction technologies.

What do you bring to the table?
- MBO-level education, preferably in mechanical engineering or a related field;
- Experience troubleshooting issues and delivering service to customers;
- Able to perform well under pressure;
- Strong organizational and technical skills;
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written;
- A flexible attitude and comfortable with working outside standard 9-to-5 hours.
