Are you accurate, analytical, and passionate about bringing structure to administrative processes? Then you might be the new addition our team is looking for!
As a (financial) administrative assistant, you will be part of our administrative team. Together, you provide essential daily support to the operational processes within our organization.
You will be responsible for a variety of administrative and financial tasks, including:
- Purchasing and sales administration;
- Time tracking and project administration;
- Reviewing and processing financial documents (receipt, invoices, expense claims).
Who are we looking for?
You are a communicative and detail-oriented professional who works well both independently and in a team.
You also bring the following:

A completed MBO level 4 education (or equivalent qualification);

Affinity with and/or experience in financial booking processes;

Fluency in both Dutch and English (spoken and written);

Strong analytical skills, you’re proactive and able to think ahead;

Solid knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel.
