We’re looking for an ICT support specialist to provide hands-on tech support across the company. Got a colleague with a tech issue? Then you’re the go-to person to jump in and solve it. You’ll provide support via email, phone, or on-site, following established procedures.
What will you do?
- Maintain existing systems in collaboration with vendors;
- Be the go-to contact for colleagues and vendors when technical issues arise;
- Manage relationships with providers of automation tools and ICT services;
- Create user guides and instructions for colleagues.

What do we expect from you?
- A degree in ICT or equivalent experience;
- A proactive attitude with strong analytical skills;
- The ability to work independently;
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written;
- Eagerness to dive in and a love for learning new things, your curiosity knows no bounds;
- A solution-oriented mindset.
